Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Client Relations and Membership Support Specialist is to manage inquiries related to the organization's new digital platform. This includes assisting members with the registration process, guiding them through the website's features, and resolving any technical challenges they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries regarding website navigation and registration through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure detailed membership inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Utilize Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office, and other essential software to fulfill job duties.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Capable of working effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities calmly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in environmental issues and sustainability.
- Experience in a dynamic work environment.
- Background in membership organizations or similar non-profit sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
