About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled V&V Engineer to join our team at Carbon60. As a key member of our project team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply IVVTQA principles and best practices across the SE lifecycle, from requirements to design, integration, and V&V stages, supporting the acceptance process.
  • Contribute towards key elements of IVVTQA management plans, processes using approved methods, SQEP, and resources/facilities, also their maintenance and management.
  • Aid creation and perform IVVTQA activities as per approved plans, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain alignment, or a tailored approach, of IVVTQA lifecycle activities in accordance with department and industry standards.
  • Support IVVTQA at Project reviews, including Design reviews, Risk, Change Impact, etc.
Requirements
  • Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering/Software/Hardware engineering (SE processes and methodologies (iaw ISO 15288/ISO 29119/INCOSE)).
  • Experienced in System Engineering V&V lifecycle planning, delivering, and reporting.
  • Proven experience of an evidence-based approach for Systems Integration, V&V, and Acceptance.
  • Systems thinking, logical approach, RCA/rectification/regression management.
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, & technical report writing.
