Job Summary

We are looking for experienced hospitality recruitment consultants or candidates from within the hospitality and catering industry who have a passion for recruiting and placing candidates into the right roles. As a 360 recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for managing your desk on a daily basis, speaking to both candidates and clients to fulfill their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resource candidates using our existing job boards and social media platforms
  • Develop new business and maintain and look after existing accounts
  • Conduct sales activity, making cold and warm sales calls to prospective clients
  • Hit agreed KPIs and financial targets
  • Perform some administrative and compliance duties
  • Utilize clear communication skills in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Work well with others and also on your own initiative
  • Have good knowledge of IT packages
