Group FP&A Analyst Job Description

Partner Group is seeking a highly skilled Group FP&A Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created role due to significant growth and a record performance, making it an exciting time to join the business as they embark on creating a Finance Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate the financial performance across the Group, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead process improvements through analysis and leverage new technology to enhance ways of working.
  • Partner with Operating Companies as the main point of contact at a Group level, interfacing with Senior stakeholders to answer queries and collate insights to drive commercial decision-making.
  • Provide the Board and Management Committee with insightful reports and key analysis of the Group's performance.
  • Work alongside the Group FP&A Manager to review financial performance across operating companies, extract key insights, and recommend areas for improvement.

This role requires a Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with excellent analytical and communication skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role, please apply.
