About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Adult Mental Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our community mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to our community mental health services
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in mental health care
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure their professional development and growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with the NMC
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working in community mental health services
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
