Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections on various construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support site teams in all health and safety aspects, including the development and implementation of safe systems of work.
  • Review and evaluate safe systems of work to ensure they are effective and compliant with industry standards.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and report findings to management.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • IT literacy with proficient report-writing skills.

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH Construction qualification is essential.
  • CSCS Professional card is required.
  • First aid training is a must.
