Role Insights:
We provide a secure and well-supported working environment, allowing you to concentrate on delivering excellent clinical care. To achieve this, we minimize administrative burdens, support you with other team members, and allocate more time for each patient.
- 15-minute scheduled face-to-face appointments
- No more than 16 scheduled patient contacts per session
- Minimal clinical administration (referrals, results, letters)
- Support from other practices within the group when necessary
Candidate Profile:
- Registered GP on NHS Performer's List
- Committed to providing outstanding clinical care
- Adaptable and open to change for improvement
- Supportive of colleagues
- Other standard requirements (such as DBS, evidence of ongoing appraisals, etc.)
Benefits for 4 or Fewer Sessions:
- 6 weeks of annual leave (pro-rata) + 2 statutory holidays (pro-rata)
- 8 bank holidays (pro-rata)
- NHS Pension (including life insurance & critical illness coverage)
- Access to all necessary equipment within each clinical room
Disclosure and Barring Service Check:
This position is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975, necessitating a submission for a Disclosure to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
