Join Our Team as a Mechanical Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Associate to join our team at Talent Motion. As a key member of our building services consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional projects that benefit both occupants and surrounding communities.

About the Role

  • Lead projects as lead mechanical engineer, overseeing successful design solutions for a range of projects.
  • Develop project scope with design teams and clients, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Implement and oversee successful design solutions for projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist the wider management team with business development and project financial control activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take lead role on projects, including mechanical design, project management, and site visits.
  • Report back to management on progress of current projects.
  • Oversee resource management of junior engineers and CAD/BIM technicians to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Perform site visits and technical surveys of existing mechanical installations and recommend potential solutions to improve systems.
