Your Responsibilities

As a Site Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Welcoming and assisting all site visitors
  • Implementing and managing the site clocking system
  • Maintaining the weekly site resource tracker
  • Performing general filing and administrative tasks
  • Managing digital file organization
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Supporting managers with clerical tasks
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintaining a tidy office environment
  • Coordinating meeting room and hot desk arrangements
Candidate Profile
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar fast-paced role
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to thrive in a large-scale, multi-site organization
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to maximize productivity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
