- Automation and Testing: Assist in the development of automation scripts and processes to streamline infrastructure implementation and testing.
- Auditing and Quality Assurance: Perform audits of infrastructure systems to ensure compliance and quality.
- Lab Development: Develop and test solutions in lab environments to ensure readiness for deployment.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of infrastructure services.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies, as well as experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and AD.
- Education: Minimum BEng degree level of education or equivalent experience.
