Store Manager Assistant

At Fred Perry, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including cash handling, banking, and administration.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising displays and stock presentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong initiative and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
