In this role, you will report to the senior engineering team and engage in a hands-on engineering position that emphasizes process evaluation, operational enhancements, troubleshooting, and value stream analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, strategize, and execute continuous improvement initiatives across various business sectors.
  • Enhance existing processes and facilitate the adoption of new technologies to meet improvement objectives, yield targets, and troubleshooting needs.
  • Perform hands-on engineering tasks across multiple processes to deliver effective project solutions.
  • Ensure that process improvement efforts comply with relevant quality and health and safety standards.
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely implementation and delivery of all engineering initiatives within the designated value stream.
  • Provide technical expertise in relevant areas.
  • Promote continuous improvement efforts while collaborating closely with operations and engineering teams.
  • Lead the development of effective production quality control and waste reduction strategies.
  • Proactively engage in process engineering activities through thorough process analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • A degree or relevant HND in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food processing, or related fields.
  • A solid understanding of various manufacturing processes, preferably in high-volume settings.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Experience in supporting key projects of varying scopes.
