About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Surveyor to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Engineering Surveyor and Engineering Survey Manager in coordinating technical work streams across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Engineering Surveyor and Engineering Survey Manager in coordinating technical work streams across all project stages, from PQQ to construction.
  • Ensure that project teams have the necessary training and knowledge to work safely.
  • Develop and lead engineering survey teams to meet project needs.
  • Establish and maintain accurate survey control networks to fulfill construction requirements.
  • Set out works in accordance with contract requirements before commencement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Land Surveying or Engineering Surveying, or ONC/B Tec in Land Surveying or Engineering Surveying, and previous experience as a Senior Engineering Surveyor.
  • Extensive awareness of survey instruments, software, and working methods.
  • Full professional membership of CICES or equivalent body.
  • Strong people management skills and commercial acumen.
