Brand Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Brand Implementation Lead to join our team at Arp Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our brand implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 4 people, including 2 drivers, to ensure efficient and effective brand implementation.
- Administer daily operations, including printing of carrier labels, and work with the factory to ensure timely job despatch.
- Conduct weekly vehicle checks and organize returns, ensuring timely turnaround and chasing up any issues.
- Liaise with sales and accounts teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient order allocation.
- Ensure accurate and complete paperwork, including PODs and defect reports, from drivers.
- Maximize company profits by optimizing van usage and carrier services.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, adhering to company H&S procedures.
- Assess and improve current processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries from sales and production teams.
