We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Management Associate to join our team at MTL Ventures Limited.
Job Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day marketing and administrative activities within our two business ventures, including processing orders, liaising with customers, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, working from our Northampton office. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to a regular schedule and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
