Registered General Nurse

Job Summary:

Sovereignty Healthcare Limited is seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our Neuro Residential Care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Have clinical responsibility for the care and management of patients following a stroke.
• Work closely with family and carers to provide support and ensure seamless care delivery.
• Support the specialist nursing team to provide high-quality care and support to residents.

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
• Experience in neuro residential care or a related field.
• Strong assessment and care planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
