QA Test Engineer (C#.Net Automation Testing)

We are seeking a skilled QA Test Engineer to join our Agile tribe, responsible for complex billing systems. As a QA Test Engineer, you will design, create, and maintain automated and manual test suites to ensure the release of high-quality software.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career as a QA Test Engineer at a tech company that provides software solutions to energy suppliers. You will work in an Agile team environment, collaborating with software engineers to guide and influence them to achieve increased levels of quality and testing best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated and manual test suites to ensure the quality of software releases
  • Collaborate with software engineers to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that testing best practices are followed
Requirements
  • Strong QA testing experience, both manual and automation
  • Good understanding of C#, with basic coding skills and experience of testing backend systems
  • Experience of working in an Agile team environment, collaborating with software engineers
  • Great communication skills, keen to learn and share knowledge
