About this Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking to employ a site manager or caretaker for a mainstream primary school in Oxted, Surrey. This role is part time, working 20 hours a week, 52 weeks per year. The working hours will be Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Ensuring the security of the school premises, including opening up the school site and checking it is safe for staff and children.
  2. Managing contractors and planned works at the site.
  3. Providing a safe and secure environment for staff and children.
  4. Coordinating maintenance and repairs to the school premises.
  5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
