Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join our client, a prominent FMCG company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the international tax affairs of the company, with a focus on strategic planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the international tax agenda and contribute to business projects, including providing advice on new international routes to markets, acquisitions, and integration of acquired businesses.
- Drive M&A support during due diligence, including providing advice on post-deal integration.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Support the development of tax strategies and policies to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualification
- Demonstrable track record of working in a top 20 UK Accountancy firm with Corporate and International Tax experience.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, with a focus on strategic planning and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
