Production Operative Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team in Warmley, BS30. The successful candidate will work on an afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, from 2pm to 10pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling and processing food products, including eggs, dairy, and nuts.
  • Maintaining high hygiene standards in the production area.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, using industrial ovens and mixing ingredients.
  • Quality inspecting and packaging finished products.
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and the production area.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Comfortable working in a food environment where eggs, dairy, and nuts are present.
  • Able to lift up to 25kg and work in a physically demanding role.
  • Happy to follow hygiene rules, including wearing coveralls, face masks, hair nets, and earplugs.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • Free parking on site and easy access by bus or cycle.
