With a commitment to excellence and a personal touch in every engagement, they are currently looking for an Import & Export Coordinator to enhance their Operations Team. This pivotal role will assist the General Manager in ensuring the efficient management of all import and export activities.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire shipping process, including the meticulous handling of documentation pertinent to import and export operations, while ensuring adherence to international standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing shipping logistics to guarantee timely deliveries
  • Scheduling collections and deliveries to meet customer expectations
  • Monitoring shipment statuses and delivering exceptional customer service to address any challenges that arise, such as delays or disputes
  • Collaborating with customs officials, warehouse personnel, freight forwarders, and clients
  • Organizing and maintaining comprehensive import and export documentation
  • Preparing essential shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists, while ensuring compliance with international shipping laws
  • Submitting necessary documentation for global shipments
  • Staying informed about relevant regulations and ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements
  • Processing billing for all operations using the designated system

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role as an Import and Export Coordinator
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and compliance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management tools
