Application Engineer - Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate engineer or scientist with excellent academics in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science to join our organization as an Application Engineer - Support.

  • Provide product support and training to customers and other channel partners
  • Resolve customer problems, create support documentation, demonstrate products, and test new products
  • Develop application solutions and identify opportunities for improved products and services
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key accounts and commercial managers
  • Communicate customer needs and feedback within the company
  • Support the roll-out of new and updated products

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Mathematics and general engineering principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

As an Application Engineer - Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers and driving business growth.
