A leading law firm specializing in commercial real estate is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This firm handles the entire spectrum of commercial real estate services, including buying and selling commercial and mixed-use properties, landlord and tenant transactions, property investment, funding, and property development.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor

The successful candidate will become a vital member of the Commercial Real Estate team, serving a diverse range of domestic and international clients. These include high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, companies, institutional and private investors, funds, and developers, institutional lenders, and private banks. You will provide expert advice to corporations acquiring or expanding their UK headquarters, UK retail chains, and emerging companies entering the real estate market.

Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor

  1. Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
  2. Strong academic background - minimum 2:1 degree.
  3. Proven experience in managing various commercial real estate transactions.
  4. In-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant transactions, property investment, funding, and property development.
