Stratus Building Solutions is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our high-flying team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and enhancing financial models to support business growth and strategic planning.
  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Producing monthly board packs, quarterly external reporting, and other ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
  • Consolidating and analyzing monthly actuals, forecasting, and annual budgets to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assisting in the strategic and operational planning process for the group, providing market analysis and insights to drive business growth.
  • Working closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in FP&A or Management accounts.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Qualified (ACA/CA, ACCA, or CIMA) or part-qualified accountant.
