Job Description:

Due to our client's expansion, Construkt RS is seeking experienced AV installation engineers to join their team in Reading.

The role involves UK travel as a daily/core element, predominantly covering the south region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install AV solutions such as screens and projectors in meeting rooms and classrooms.
  • Work with strict SLAs and have experience in similar roles.
  • Have knowledge of basic audio and signal transmission, including HDBaseT.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use initiative and professionalism.
  • Working knowledge of digital signage and an understanding of networking and IP technology, as well as other AV technologies.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to commute to Reading daily.

Desirable Skills:

  • Control equipment installation (AMX/Crestron/SY/Extron/Kramer etc.).
  • Rack building.
  • Survey & Specification.
  • Basic programming.
  • SC Clearance highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Good PC knowledge.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of networks.
  • CSCS/ECS Card.
