Work Schedule

This is a full-time role, offering an annual salary of up to £42,500, contingent on experience.

Candidates must possess a legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis. Due to the nature of this position, employment offers will be subject to additional vetting and security assessments.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Lead Primary Care Nurse, you will guide a multi-disciplinary team to provide a nurse-led service aimed at preventing hospital admissions. Your duties will include conducting medication rounds, dispensing controlled substances, responding to emergency situations, assessing patients, and performing reception screenings.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Registered Adult Nurse
- Current professional qualification (NMC)
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
- Understanding of the complexities involved in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency collaboration
- A compassionate and non-judgmental approach
- Excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with clinical governance, health and safety standards, QOF, EBP, and national guidelines
