Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our Paraplanning team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual review meeting materials, including gathering information and documents for Paraplanners to produce suitability letters.
  • Liaise with our centralized admin team to ensure seamless processing of new business and existing business.
  • Provide administrative support to our Advisers and Paraplanners, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required.
  • Work closely with colleagues, clients, and third-party providers to ensure excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Paraplanning team, including participating in training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a Financial Administration role, preferably in a wealth management firm.
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, document preparation, and communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Confidence in working with technology, including software applications and systems.
