  • Oversee the effective operation and upkeep of the organization’s treasury functions.
  • Assist the Treasury Manager and Treasury Analyst in the administration of cash flow and financial risk management.
  • Engage in a variety of tasks, including foreign exchange hedging, processing treasury transactions, and managing cash resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of bank balances across the organization.
  • Manage banking platforms, including user setup and access permissions.
  • Support the updating of bank mandates.
  • Update daily cash forecasts by collaborating with financial operations to ascertain anticipated payments and receipts.
  • Monitor local cash needs and initiate intercompany payments.
  • Complete daily trust reporting and reconciliations.
