About the Role

Thrive Group is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for supporting our Fee Earners in the preparation and completion of residential conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Fee Earners in the preparation and submission of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and mortgage transactions.
  • Compile and send out draft contract papers to clients and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Draft and submit AP1's and TR1's to the Land Registry.
  • Request and obtain necessary searches and documents from various sources.
  • Communicate with clients and other parties to ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transaction process.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and online systems used for SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
