Key Responsibilities:
  • Time served as a maintenance engineer, ideally with an electrically biased skillset.
  • Experience with the maintenance of production machinery in a FMCG environment.
  • Attending to breakdowns on site in a timely manner (both electrical and mechanical).
  • Driving continuous improvement on site, prioritising safety and efficiency.
  • Fault finding and problem-solving.
  • Working as part of an engineering team.
Requirements:
  • Severed apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (BTEC Level 3 or ONC) Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
  • Time served in a FMCG or food environment is desired.
  • Ideally 18th Edition.
  • Automation, PLC programming, and SCADA systems experience.
  • Good understanding of HACCP principles.
  • Strong teamworking skills and a focus on H&S.
