We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Cornwall. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the waiting team to provide outstanding service to guests
• Ensure that all dining areas are clean and well-maintained
• Manage table allocations and seating arrangements
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality
• Develop and implement effective service strategies to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is an asset
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
