Our Property Consultancy division offers strategic insights and assists clients in navigating a comprehensive range of property consultancy, housing asset oversight, and compliance-related functions. We are currently seeking a Residential Surveyor/Stock Condition Surveyor. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in residential building surveying, particularly those experienced in extensive stock condition assessments and associated asset management tasks. Familiarity with electronic data collection systems is advantageous.

The role involves travel to various project-related sites, primarily within the northern regions of England.
