Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Carer at Glebe House in Almondsbury. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
• Participate in nursing procedures to support our nursing staff
• Assist with serving meals and drinks, and other tasks as required to maintain the smooth running of the home
• Attend and participate in orientation, mandatory, and other training as required

Requirements:

• Experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home environment
• Level 2 qualification in health and social care or equivalent
