Our client, a reputable educational institution, is seeking an exceptional and committed Montessori teacher to join their team of well-qualified and experienced staff. As a Montessori teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 2-4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children
- Develop and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with assistant teachers to ensure seamless delivery of the Montessori curriculum
- Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to child development
Requirements:
- International Montessori teaching diploma
- Experience in planning and record-keeping
- High standard of written English
- Understanding of the Montessori philosophy and its application in early childhood education
- Ability to integrate Montessori equipment into lesson plans
- Flexibility and positive attitude, with a willingness to take on administrative tasks
