About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wildlife Fundraiser. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in supporting our conservation efforts and inspiring others to join us in our mission to preserve nature.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to various locations to set up fundraising stands and engage with the public to promote our conservation efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing supporters and donors to secure new memberships and donations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve fundraising targets and support the delivery of our conservation programs.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to supporter inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in fundraising and conservation.
- A passion for conservation and a desire to make a difference in the world.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- A driver's license valid for use in the UK and a willingness to travel to various locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of conservation and fundraising principles, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
