Job Overview:

IntSol Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Coach Driver to join our esteemed client, a leading coach operator based in the UK. This is a Full-Time and Part-Time opportunity that offers a competitive pay rate and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a coach safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among passengers.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including punctuality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK PCV driving licence (Category D)
  • Valid CPC qualification
  • Digital Tachograph
  • Previous Coach Driving experience is essential
  • Experience in providing great customer service
  • Flexibility across the days available
  • Drivers need to have an Enhanced DBS however this can be applied for retrospectively.

Benefits:

  • PAYE or Umbrella
  • Holiday Pay Entitlement
  • Competitive pay rate

Pay Rates:

  • Weekdays: £15.75 per hour (PAYE)
  • Weekdays: £20.56 per hour (Umbrella)

Working Hours:

  • Long Hours: 10 - 12-hour shifts
