At Inizio Engage, we are seeking a highly skilled Microbiologist to join our team. As a Microbiologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical materials and production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct microbiological testing and monitoring of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to meet agreed schedules.
- Perform laboratory activities safely and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and agreed timelines.
- Monitor and record the microbiological quality of production facilities and equipment.
- Prepare, select, and control the storage of microbiological culture media.
- Monitor and record temperatures maintained within the microbiology refrigeration and incubation facilities.
- Maintain a clean and tidy microbiology laboratory and associated consumables and equipment to prevent biohazard and cross-contamination issues.
- Laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Knowledge of microbiological techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to organize work and meet agreed deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
