Therapy and Multi-Disciplinary Provision Specialist

Prior's Court Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Therapy and Multi-Disciplinary Provision Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Therapy team, you will play a vital role in delivering therapy services to our young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver therapy services to young people with a range of needs and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Therapy team and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on therapy techniques and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy programs and services.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a therapy-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
