About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to join our team at WB Power Services Ltd. As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process for new construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the commissioning process for new construction projects, ensuring all systems are correctly installed and fully operational before project handover.
  • Monitor progress and track milestones throughout the commissioning phase, identifying and addressing delays proactively.
  • Coordinate with various contractors involved in the commissioning process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and adhere to schedules and timelines for the commissioning process, maintaining compliance with company quality systems ISO's.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the final product meets quality standards, undertaking additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Recognized qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in commissioning coordination or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 quality systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with effective coordination with various stakeholders and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking under pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
