Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product/solution lifecycle from site survey to decommissioning, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support related to products/solutions for customers and colleagues, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Travel to various locations to serve our installed base of specialized products, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Diagnose and repair remote devices effectively using Remote Service, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with 2nd level support and local engineers to share knowledge, best practices, and technical information, driving continuous improvement.
  • Identify and recommend optimal stock levels to reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
