The Role

We are seeking an Enrolment Consultant to join our Premier Pathways Team. As an Enrolment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to learners and employers, supporting them through the full enrolment process for our Youth Worker Degree Apprenticeship.

You will be working closely with our team to develop new and existing relationships, forging long-term partnerships through your learner and client engagement. This role requires self-directed accountability, reporting on a weekly basis, data capture, and process management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance to learners and employers on the enrolment process
  • Support learners and employers through the full enrolment process
  • Develop new and existing relationships with learners and employers
  • Forge long-term partnerships through learner and client engagement
  • Manage data capture and process management
Requirements
  • Experience within education, apprenticeships, and/or youth work
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service and high-quality engagement with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to adapt communication style to the audience, with diplomatic sensitivity
