We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Capital Delivery team at Severn Trent. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key projects throughout their lifecycle across a portfolio of large capital engineering and construction wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities- Financial management of projects, including cost planning and budgetary responsibility
- Managing risks and liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
- Leading a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project and programme delivery
- Experience of managing NEC projects, with a proven track record of cost planning and management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A strong ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise
