About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-Time Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Surbiton Ewell Road Day Nursery and Preschool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development and progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and protection of children, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Passion for creating engaging and fun learning experiences for children.
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements.
