We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Lead to join our team at Pick Everard. As a Fire Safety Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients and internal teams on fire safety matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fire safety strategies and policies
- Conduct fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
- Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on fire safety best practices
Requirements:
- Engineering or similar qualification with strong technical experience in fire engineering, design, and specification
- Knowledge of Building Safety Act requirements and Fire Safety Regulations
- 4+ years' experience in a technical delivery role
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a senior/leadership role
- Relevant qualifications to include; BEng (Hons)
- IFE membership
- Experience in being outward-facing within an organization, building strong internal and external relationships
