Fire Safety Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Lead to join our team at Pick Everard. As a Fire Safety Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients and internal teams on fire safety matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fire safety strategies and policies
  • Conduct fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on fire safety best practices

Requirements:

  • Engineering or similar qualification with strong technical experience in fire engineering, design, and specification
  • Knowledge of Building Safety Act requirements and Fire Safety Regulations
  • 4+ years' experience in a technical delivery role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a senior/leadership role
  • Relevant qualifications to include; BEng (Hons)
  • IFE membership
  • Experience in being outward-facing within an organization, building strong internal and external relationships
