About the Role

This company is a 6-person professional services firm specializing in tax solutions for prestigious clients. As an Employment Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading a team of tax professionals, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on employment tax matters.
  • Develop new business opportunities within the employment tax space.
Requirements
  • A professional tax or accounting qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Ability to develop and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
