Security Officer

MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a reliable and vigilant Night Security Officer to join our team at a busy Distribution site in Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reception duties, including badge printing, area access, alarm monitoring, and CCTV investigations.
- Control access of visitors, staff, and contractors, ensuring a secure environment.
- Perform internal and external patrols to maintain site security.
- Follow site procedures, reporting incidents and accidents to the customer.
- Assist with gatehouse duties, checking driver IDs and vehicle inspections.
- Screen and search when required.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA guarding/Door Supervisor Licence.
- A 5-year checkable work/education history.
- Competent computer skills with a good knowledge of computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to create comprehensive incident reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
