Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard and to deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other team members to ensure projects meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Plan, organize, and control project resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the creative or branding industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management tools and software.
  • Fluency in German language, both spoken and written.
