About The Role

Position Overview:

In this role, you will take charge of driving sales within a multi-million-pound kitchen showroom, motivating the sales team to meet their objectives, and crafting inspiring kitchen designs.

We provide a competitive base salary of £25,000 along with an uncapped commission structure, with an on-target earnings potential of £40,000.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every customer is engaged, experiences our design excellence, and is guided to their ideal kitchen.
  • Identify further opportunities to enhance showroom sales.
  • Support the General Manager in recruiting and training exceptional individuals who will contribute to the showroom's success.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.

Candidate Profile:
  • A demonstrated history of success in a high-value retail setting.
  • Sales-oriented with a proactive mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Capable of coaching, motivating, and inspiring team members to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or regional meetings.
