The Position...
We are in search of a skilled Mixologist to become part of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include serving a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as food when necessary, while delivering exceptional service to our members and creating unforgettable experiences. Additional tasks will involve crafting cocktails, preparing the bar for service, and maintaining its immaculate condition.
Ideal Candidate Profile for a Mixologist...

• 1-2 years of experience in a bustling, high-profile bar (preferred but not mandatory)
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• A sense of urgency in service delivery
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine enthusiasm for food and beverage
• Flexible availability for both opening and closing shifts as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capable of grasping, turning, and holding objects by hand
• Able to stand for extended periods, typically 8 hours
• Occasionally required to kneel, bend, crouch, and climb

Expected Working Hours for a Mixologist:

• Shifts will vary throughout the week, including evenings, weekends, and both opening and closing shifts
• Average weekly hours range from 32 to 45
