Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in helping us to deliver projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical building services systems for a range of projects, including fitouts, refurbishments, and new builds.
  • Collaborate with our team of engineers and architects to ensure that design solutions meet our clients' requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's design standards and guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical engineering or building services engineering.
  • Proven experience in mechanical building services design, preferably in a design and build contractor environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, with a good understanding of building services systems and design software.
